Returns and Refunds

Please contact us before returning any items.

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Returned items should arrive within 28 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding postage and packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of the return postage. 

Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us.

The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:

– Personalised goods

– Earrings (for hygienic reasons)

– Items on sale

Refunds will be made on receipt of returned items which must be in the original packing and original new condition, unused and unworn to our contact address at your own cost.

If attempted delivery of an order has been made by the delivery service and failed, it is the buyer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery or to collect the item. Refunds cannot be made for items not collected.
