Handcrafted in my home studio in Brixham, Devon, this suncatcher is made by carefully arranging individual pieces of coloured glass into a grid pattern. The glass is layered and positioned by hand before being kiln-fired at high temperatures. During the firing process, the pieces fuse together to create a single piece of handmade glass art.
Every Livicraft suncatcher is made as a one-off design. I enjoy experimenting with different colours, patterns and combinations of glass, and always try to create something different, so no two suncatchers are exactly the same. This makes each piece an individual addition to your home.
Measuring approximately 86mm x 86mm, this small blue fused glass suncatcher has a clear cord attached, ready to hang from a hook. Hook not supplied. Display it in a sunny window or another bright spot where the light can pass through the colourful glass and bring the blue tones to life.
