I drilled a hole at the top of the glass and threaded a white ribbon through, ready for hanging in a window or another spot where you can enjoy its colour and detail.
Each suncatcher is handcrafted from glass in my Brixham studio. I hand-cut and layer the glass before kiln-firing it at high temperatures, allowing the individual pieces to fuse together into a single piece. The result is a colourful little piece of glass art, made in a small batch rather than mass produced.
The yellow beach hut design makes this suncatcher a unique choice for a coastal home, seaside-inspired room, or anyone who loves bright, cheerful colours. Hang it in a window to catch the natural light, or display it anywhere you would like to add a little coastal character.
